Yes. If you have 2 Eternity Privilege Membership accounts (ex: BSD, JGC & Sentul), you can combine it together.

What is the difference between the Mobile App and Eternity Privilege card?
AEON MALL Mobile Apps is a digital application that contains the latest information about events, promotions, membership (Eternity Privilege Card), and also electronic transactions at AEON MALL Foodcourt while Eternity Privilege Card is specifically for loyal customers of AEON Mall Deltamas and offers exclusivity to its holders when shopping at AEON Mall Deltamas. Starting 1 July 2020 Eternity Privilege Card will be replaced by AEON MALL Mobile Apps.
